Hier heb ik op net foto's gevonden van een roofrack en ladder prachtig gedaan vind ik en ik denk dat het zelf te maken is ik ga het toch eens proberen ook hoe hij de knopjes en draden weg werkt goe gedaan

Ik weet niet of het zelf gedaan is ik denk van niet .Maar met de foto's zal ik het toch willen namaken . juist je kan nie goed zien hoe hij bevestigt zit de roofrack.daar moet ik nog goed naar uitkijken het is omdat hij zolaag zit is het goed er van.

Dit is een Pool die ik tegen ben gekomen op een Engels forum. Het roofrack is orgineel LR volgens mij zelfs G4. hij heeft het in Amerika ergens gevonden. Als ik thuis ben zal ik zijn website even plaatsen. Als je ziet wat deze gast allemaal al aan zijn Freelander veranderd heeft, poeh. Dan vraag ik me zelfs af of het wel allemaal waard is.

Ik zal vanavond een linkje plaatsen.

Overigens die Pool is Winu. Hij heeft zich zojuist geregistreerd en is aangenaam verrast dat nu ook hier foto's van zijn wagen opduiken.

This is my car and im glad that you like it if you have any questions please feel free to ask., but it's still unfinished project.

Few facts that you're interested;

Roof rack & Ladder is original Safety Devices product made for Land rover to G4 Challenge 2003 event. I found it as a new (boxed) item on small town in North Carolina - United States. Weight is 22 kgs, made from 1" tubes, black powder coated.
Unfortunately it an extreme rare item - impossible to buy even from manufacturer.

Now car is prepared to fit Safety Devices Roll Cage (the same as CT FL have) . It's in my garage and waiting for spring

Other mods done in car are :

*Set of additional monitoring gauges (Boost pressure, Oil Pressure and temperature, battery charging)
*CB-Radio with dual antenna system (short and long range)
*Garmin GPS on board with external antenna
*Additional roof rack and a-bar spot lights (total 6 two on a-bar, 4 on rack)
*Left and Right Folding LED work light.
*Rear LED work light
*Additional load space lighting
*Additional, separate electrical system for new accessories
*Mantec Fuel tank guard
*Mantec sump guard
*Mantec Exhaust guard
*Diff, IRD and gearbox breathers rised up for safety wading
*Additional fuel heater to protect from waxing
*Center console / armrest from MY'01 Freebie with aux switches
*D.A.P Rock SliderZ
*-Complete suspension renew with lift +40 mm with Dobinson springs and Monroe Adventure Shocks with 205/80/16 AT Tires.

Mods in progress:
Safety Devices full internal roll cage with 3 point harness
Rear Torsen helical LSD ATB Differental
Front Winch
